Hi there! I’m Abhishri in 13D, and I can’t wait to serve as one of the amazing student health ambassadors! Let’s see… I am obsessed with watching movies (I could do it for a living) and listening to music. I love love love to dance and sing all the time. I have recently gotten quite into practicing to play guitar and hope to keep developing my skills. What else? Fashion has always been a part of me – I absolutely love reading Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, you name it! I love thrift flipping and using my embroidery skills to convey my creative ideas through fashion. I’m thinking of pursuing my creative side in the future and want to become a writer! Being part of the Health Ambassador team, my aim is to help with creating a mental health app or website.
Hi, I’m Ashley from 10S2, and I’m your new health ambassador! I love drawing and video editing. I’m also part of the WIS tennis team. Growing up watching movies, I’ve always dreamed of working in the film industry. Being a director or cinematographer sounds a bit scary to me right now, but my passion for cinema is the only thing making me work towards that goal to be honest. I’m especially a fan of films and music from the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s. As a health ambassador, I’m aiming to help any student overcome any obstacles in school life, whether that be tests, sports– anything you can think of. My initiative as a health ambassador is to launch a student buddy program where students of different years can help one another deal with the pressure of academics whilst giving valuable advice to a younger year.
Hello, I'm Braydon. I'm in year 12. It is nice to be your HA this year. I like to eat quite a lot. I also like to play football and sports.
Hi! I’m Chloe from Year 13, and I am very pleased to be your Health Ambassador for this year. I’m a huge fan of animals and love volunteering at the SPCA during my free time! I’m excited to connect with you all and help create a supportive community where we can thrive together!
Hi, I'm Grace from 11M2 and I am excited to be one of your student health ambassadors! Besides procrastinating, I'll probably be reading, eating or sleeping (and dedicating my time to this role of course!). As a health ambassador, I plan to create a safer and more welcoming environment for our entire school community by promoting mental health awareness and ensuring students know where to seek help and support when needed.
Hello everyone! I’m Mavis from 10T2, and it’s a real honour to be your health ambassador. Rather than just focusing on studies, I want to help create a school environment where we all feel supported in every aspect of our lives, from friendships and family to managing stress and finding balance. A little about me: I love sketching, fencing, doing charity work and makeup. I’m also a very sociable person, so if you see me around, please don't hesitate to come and say hello! I’m here to listen to your ideas and concerns, and work together to make our school community even stronger!
Hey! Im Téa, Im so grateful to be one of your many health ambassadors this year. I love helping others out wether on the netball court, in a race or in a leadership role such as this. My favourite activity though? Definitely have to be chilling on the sofa with a good tv show and soem chocolate. This year I hope to destigmatise the talks around mental health and instead seemlessly interagte it into your day to day right here at WIS. Mental health is affects everyone different and thats no exception to me, luckly having someone i can talk to is really key, and thats what i hope to help with! Helping every student to find someone they can talk to, that could be me!
Hi everyone, I’m Thambu from 13A, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be one of your health ambassadors! I’m a huge sports fan and love playing chess. However don’t let the ‘quiet chess player’ stereotype fool you; I’m all about energy and action too. My goal? To listen to your ideas and help make our school experience healthier and more memorable.
Hi, I am Zayaan, and I'm one of your new health ambassadors. I have a strong interest in aviation aswell as biology, and besides studying, I take up gardening in my free time. I am extremely interested in the increase of academic performance of students by tackling the overall mental well-being of students by helping them in forming good study habits and having stress-reducing activities to do in school prior to major courses and examinations through information sessions during tutor or lunch time.
