Workshops run throughout the year, delivered by the pastoral team and external professionals. These may help with achieving ATL skills, developing understanding and skills in a certain area or just for fun.

This workshop is to support students develop better peer relationships both online and offline.

This workshop will act as a support group for Year 7 students who may be experiencing some stress or anxiety about attending their first Horizons Week. Students will have a chance to share their worries about the week and also learn different strategies to manage any difficult emotions.

Handling social relationships is not always easy and it is okay to worry about it! This workshop will teach you:
How to make and maintain friendships;
Strategies for handling conflicts.
During this workshop, students learned about the 8 social skills and explored the different levels of friendship.
Managing Exam Stress (Y11, Y12, Y13)

Practical ways to manage stress before an exam;
Ways to cope with panic during an exam;
Tips to change internal narrative and move on if stuck during an exam.
Staying Focused and Motivated
Beat procrastination! What are the steps for staying focused and motivated?
This workshop will:
Provide strategies for time management to keep you focused.
Help you to manage some of the unhelpful thoughts that lead to procrastination.

To support students develop better peer relationships and navigate conflict and disagreements with peers both online and offline.
